Dr. Choe received his Ph.D. degree in the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University, USA. He was also teaching at Purdue University after his Post- Doc at the same school. He worked for Samsung Electronics as a manager in the telecommunication business. He is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University in Beijing, P.R. China. His research interests include user and customer experience, user interface, HCI, cross-cultural design and management, service engineering, decision support tools.
