Prabhakar Reddy Veerareddy is an accomplished researcher, eminent professor in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Currently He is serving as Principal & Head at Chaitanya College of Pharmacy Education and Research, Hanamkonda, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has spent one year at Butler University, Indiana Polis, USA for Post Doctoral Research and pursued his doctoral thesis (Pharmaceutics) at Novel Drug Delivery Laboratories in Kakatiya University, India during 2005. He has attended many symposiums and workshops at the national and international level. He has more than 50 research publications in several international journals, and he guided 40 M. Pharm students and 6 PhD students. He has extensively travelled USA, Germany, Switzerland, Rome, Canada, France, Egypt, Dubai, Thailand, China, Nepal, Turkey and Portugal. He got two research grants from AICTE and he wrote two books. He has Life memberships in Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS), Indian Pharmacy Graduate Association (IPGA), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Member in Controlled Release Society (CRS), USA, Member in Indian Controlled Release Society (CRS), India, Member in American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), USA, Fellow of the Institution of Chemists (India), Member, Board of Studies (Pharmacy), Kakatiya University, India and General Secretary in Kakatiya University Alumni Association.
