Rahul Sharma is a paramedical professional graduated in Pharmacy. He completed his Masters in Healthcare and Hospital Management from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur now IIHMR University in 2001. He won Late Shri P.D. Agarwal Scholarship from Bhoruka Charitable Trust in 2001 for his academic studies and travelled to University of Texas, M D Anderson Cancer Centre, USA for completion of Administrative Internship for his MHA. He has more than 14 years of diversified healthcare industry experience. He has worked in various healthcare organizations and has got multivariate expertise in planning, managing, administering & implementing hospitals and healthcare project management for corporate healthcare organizations like Apollo Hospitals, MAX Healthcare, Rockland Hospitals, Dr Lal Pathlabs, Centre for Sight Eye Care Hospitals. He has also been associated with various International and National NGOs like Marie Stopes International, Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust and has earned various accolades. He has received Chief Minister Reward from Mr Ashok Gehlot in for his exemplary contribution in developing innovative Family Planning models for Population stabilization efforts in state of Rajasthan. He has been awarded for best core team member employee by Marie Stopes International for his exemplary services in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. He is now working with IIHMR as Project Director for Food Fortification Project funded by GAIN (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition).
