Biography

PhD Materials Science and Engineering

Rahul Trivedi obtained his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University under the guidance of Prof. Subhash Mahajan. His main areas of interest are materials growth, processing and characterization with a special emphasis on semiconductors, nanomaterials and materials related to energy. He has extensively worked in this area and has several patents and publications. Rahul has worked on several state of the art semiconductor technologies as a Technology Development Engineer and Member of Technical Staff at Intel and GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Rahul actively serves as an editor and referee for technical journals.
