Richard V. Scholtz, III holds a B.S., a M.E., and a Ph.D., all in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. He has been on the University of Florida faculty since 2005. He teaches engineering students a design, and an irrigation & drainage engineering course, to agricultural students an irrigation operations course, and to graduate students a seminar and an advanced soil and water engineering course. He has received recognition as an outstanding instructor, receiving awards in 2010 and 2003 from Florida Section of American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers.
