Biography

She is currently an Instructional Assistant Professor and the Microbiology Laboratory Director at Texas A&M University. Her most recent publications have been bacterial staining protocols and she have been very active in the Microbiology Education realm serving as a reviewer and editor for the Journal of Microbiology and Biology Education. She have also been actively involved in monoclonal antibody production and water quality assessment for the past 15 years. Her areas of interest are medical microbiology and immunology and she was recently an invited guest at the first annual Global Pandemic Policy Summit held at the George H.W. Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
