Professor McAdam is a Professor in Innovation Management at the Ulster Business School, University of Ulster. Rodney has recently received the distinguished research fellowship award from the University of Ulster. He has published a large number of papers in international peer reviewed journals in this area. He is a regular conference speaker at international conferences on SME issues and supervises a number of PhD students in this area. Before joining the university, he worked in the aerospace industry.
