Dr.Rohaizat baharun was an exchange scholar and guest lecturer to a plethora of international and local universities. Currently, a senior lecturer at Management Department, Faculty of Management and Human Resource, Dr. Rohaizat has taught various graduate and undergraduate courses, and supervised both MSc, MBA and PhD research students as well as post-graduate management projects. He actively participates in various international and national conferences, seminars and workshops held in countries from ranging from UK, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Brunei, Indonesia Malta, China and Hong Kong. Dr. Rohaizat also organizes and facilitates in industrial management training and development, in research and publications, and directly involves in other public services. His wide areas of teaching and research interests include Retailing Management, Retail Productivity, Retail Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Marketing Education and Marketing research.
