Control and Computer Eng. 1986-1990 Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey Istanbul Technical University Designed, managed and implemented a “Lean Blow Out” (LBO) project, (a test rig to measure combustor minimal fuel-air ratio), including startup hardware design, integration of control software, user interface software, and data analysis.Designed a method for standard data collection from Mark V controlled gas turbines and implemented it in a user-friendly program named EVENT which is now an indispensable tool for GEPS field engineers worldwide. Designed and implemented combustion mode reference dynamic bar graph using Mark V coding. Developed mathematical model for Annubar flow meters to be used with Mark VI controllers.
