Serdar Bozyel

Biography

Dr. Serdar Bozyel, after finishing his high school in Bursa Gazi Anatolian High School, received his MD from Karadeniz Technical University, School of Medicine, Turkey. He completed his cardiology residency at Kocaeli University, School of Medicine where he especially focused on shock reduction programming strategies in patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillator. His final training in interventional cardiology was completed at University of Health Sciences, Kocaeli Derince Training and Research Hospital, Clinic of Cardiology, Turkey. He is currently working in the Electrophysiology and Arrhythmia Department in the Clinic of Cardiology, Turkey. His main research interests are implantable cardiac devices (CRT, ICDs, PPMs), cardiac electrophysiology and coronary interventions.
