Biography

Was born September 5th 1969 in Jersey, Channel Islands. Her father was a barber and mother a housewife. Eyupoglu completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Jersey. She received her BA in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University in 1990 and her MBA in 1992. In the 1992-93 academic year Eyupoglu started teaching at Near East University as a part-time member of staff and became full-time in the 1993-94 academic year. Eyupoglu was appointed Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences in the 1995-96 academic year. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Organization and Management) in 2004. In 2005 she established the Department of Human Resource Management and was also appointed as the Chair. In the same year she became an Assistant Professor of Management. In 2008 she was appointed as the Chair of the Department of Business Adminstration. Eyupoglu has 8 international published articles and proceedings (3 of which are indexed in SSCI), and has reviewed for various international journals. She is married and has two children.
