Biography

Professor Snehasis Mukhopadhyay has received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from Yale University in 1994. Currently, he is a Professor of Computer and Information Science at Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis. In the past, he has also served as an Associate Director of Bioinformatics in Indiana University School of Informatics. He has authored over eighty research articles/books. He has served in the Program and Advisory Committees of many conferences such as IEEE Biocomputing workshop, IEEE International Workshop on Trusted and Autonomic Systems, IEEE Symposium on Intelligent Systems and Intelligent Control etc. He received the National Science Foundation CAREER award in 1996.
