Biography

Spanoudaki Sofia is a research assistant in Laboratory of Functional Anatomy on the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science, National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Her research interests focused on exercise immunology and aerobic exercise. Differences in hormonal, and cardiorespiratory response between alternating intensity and constant exercise in health and disease. Also, she is participating in designing health programs in elementary public school, (sun protection policy).

Research Interest

Exercise immunology and aerobic exercise training and testing particularly comparison of constant and alternating intensity exercise concerning cardiorespiratory and hormonal parameters in health and diseases.
