Stefano Fanelli received the Dr. degree in Mathematics in 1972 and the post-degree in Operational Research in 1977 from the University of Rome La Sapienza. In 1983 he became Associate Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of LAquila and in 1985 Associate Professor of Optimization c/o the University of Roma Tor Vergata. Stefano Fanelli is author/coauthor of over sixty papers published in well known international reviews or in the proceedings of international conferences.
