Biography

Prof. Takeshige Otoi received his PhD  in animal reproduction from United Graduate School of Veterinary Science, Yamaguchi University in 1995. Dr. Otoi joined the faculty of Agriculture in 1998 and is presently Professor in Department of Veterinary Medicine, teaching Theriogenology. He is actively involved in reproduction research with special interests in gamete cryopreservation, hormonal control of reproduction, assisted reproduction, cloning, and IVM/IVF in various species. He has authored over 90 peer-reviewed publications.
