Biography

Dr. Tsai, Hung-Yin has done Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1994 and 1999, respectively. He joined Industrial Technology Research Institute as a researcher since 1999. In 2003, he was promoted to a manager in charge of nanoengineering department and received the Innovative Technology Award by Ministry of Economic Affairs at the national level. In 2004, he changed a new role to take charge in diamond Dr. Tsai received his B.S. and Ph. D. degrees in Power Mechanical film department. From 2005 to 2008, he worked for National Taiwan Ocean University as an assistant professor and then got promotion as an associate professor.

Nano/Micro Fabrication, Brittle Materials Processing, Diamond Film Deposition and its Application, Advanced Manufacturing, Micro Bio Fuel Cell, Patent Analysis.
