Biography

Vincenzo Tufarelli received his degree in Veterinary Medicine and his PhD in Animal Nutrition from University of Bari ‘Aldo Moro’, Italy. He is currently an assistant professor in Animal Nutrition at Department of Animal Production of the University of Bari‘ Aldo Moro’, Italy. He is serving as editorial board member and peer-reviewer for several indexed journals, and he published many articles focused on poultry nutrition and dairy production.
