Vu Trieu Minh works as a full professor at the Department of Mechatronics of the Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in mechatronics from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) with specialization in model predictive control. He has previously worked in Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Malaysia, and Estonia. He has authored over thirty ISI indexed research papers in the field of advanced control techniques. His current research interests are model predictive control, dynamical systems, model-based control algorithms, and advanced process control. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
