Wai-Ping is a lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy, National Universty of Singapore (NUS), and is a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. She received her PhD from the Department of Pharmacy, NUS for her thesis work in clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics. Subsequently, she pursued her postdoctoral fellowship training in pharmacoepidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health, USA. She is currently actively engaged in teaching both undergraduate and graduate Pharmacy students in NUS, in student project supervision and mentoring, as well as in research in the areas of clinical pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenetics, pharmacoepidemiology, regulatory science and pharmacy practice.
