Dr. Hon Keung YAU earned his BSc(Hons) in Communications Engineering at University of Kent at Canterbury, U.K. He earned his first degree in Computer Engineering at Queensland University of Technology. Then he got the second master degree in Engineering Management at Queensland University of Technology. Afterwards he earned the third master degree in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University. Finally he got his PhD (Management) at the University of Queensland, Australia. Now he is working as an instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at City University of Hong Kong.
His research interests include school management, e-learning, organizational learning, quality management, computer system and control.
