Dr. Yinghui Zhong received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering Science and Health Systems at Drexel University.
Her research interests are focused on the use of biomaterial and tissue engineering approaches to restore the function of the nervous system. Her current research projects include spinal cord repair and engineering neural prosthesis/brain interface using biomaterials, drug delivery and stem cell therapy.
