Aim and Scope

The Journal of Microbial Pathogenesis Diagnosis is an open access peer-reviewed journal aimed at exploring cutting-edge research in cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying infection such as: virulence, microbial adherence, antimicrobial resistance, host resistance, host defense mechanisms, and host-pathogen interactions.

This journal focus on manuscripts discussing: disease progression and transmission; molecular/genetic factors underlying pathogenesis; host-mediated pathogenesis; immune responses to infection; immune deficiencies; cell signaling in pathogen mediated immune response; pathogen-associated microbial patterns (PAMPs); multi drug resistance etc.
