Cancer that occurs and forms in the tissues of the breast is known the Breast Cancer. One of the common types of breast cancer is ductal carcinoma, that begins in the lining of the milk ducts. Due to early detecting and most advanced treatment, breast cancer death rate has been recently declining. However, Disease recurrence is still the major obstacle in moving from the therapy treatment to truly curative treatments. Recent evidence has been indicated that the breast cancer recurrence is often been caused by a subpopulation of breast cancer cells. This subset of all these cancer cells, were usually referred to as cancer stem cells (CSCs), which exhibits stem cell phenotypes.
