Business Management

Business management is the branch of education the offers information and instruction relating to a business enterprise 's preparation, execution, supervision and analysis. In this field of education, one learns about the establishment of a business or an organization, and different functional levels such as manufacturing, financial, administrative, human resources, sales & marketing, etc. As a Business manager, you have the main responsibility of handling an enterprise's administrative tasks. A business may expect you to help with their marketing programme. Also, a company may want you to do a budget review and find ways the business can reduce costs. Executives and managers have the duty and power to look after a organization and make decisions. The scale of the management can be anything from a single employee in an company to thousands of executives in corporations in various nations. In larger organizations, the policy is established by the board of directors and then enforced by the CEO, or chief executive.
