Climate Change

Climate change, constant climate change due to the atmospheric changes, as well as atmospheric interactions with various other geological, chemical , biological, and geographic factors within the Earth system. The atmosphere is a constantly flowing, complex fluid. Its physical properties as well as its rate and direction of motion are influenced by a variety of factors including solar radiation, continent geographic position, ocean currents, mountain range location and orientation, atmospheric chemistry, and growing vegetation on the surface of the earth. Through time, all those factors change. Some factors, such as heat distribution within the oceans, atmospheric chemistry, and vegetation on the surface, change at very short timescales. Others, including the continents' position and the positions and height of the mountain ranges, change over very long timescales. Others, including the continents' position and the positions and height of the mountain ranges, change over very long timescales. Therefore, at any imaginable time scale the environment, which results from the physical properties and movement of the atmosphere, varies. The climate is often loosely defined as the average weather at a given place, incorporating temperature, precipitation, humidity and windiness.
