Financial management means the planning, coordination, direction and monitoring of financial operations such as the acquisition and use of the company funds. This involves adapting the general management principles to the company's financial capital. The focus in financial management is on ratios, equity and debt. This is useful for fund management, dividend distribution, capital raising, hedging, and currency and commodity cycle fluctuations. Financial managers are the people who will do research and determine what kind of capital to raise to finance the company's assets as well as increase the company's value to all shareholders based on the research. It also refers to the effective and efficient management of money (funds) in a way that achieves the organization's objectives. It is the specialized role which is directly linked to top management. The importance of this role is not only in the 'Row' but also in the 'Staff' capacity of a organization as a whole. Different experts in the field described this differently.
