Genetically modified organisms are often called as GM with their short name. These organisms have their own genetic material DNA altered or modified in a way of genetic engineering. These organisms are also called as transgenic organisms as they have acted that genetic material from other organisms be like a bacteria, plant, virus or any other animal. Genetically engineered of genetically modified foods are formed by inserting the foreign change from other plants or animals into the genetic codes of food which results inferred having consistent flavour and resistance to disease and drought conditions. As they include genetic alterations this may be responsible for potential risk causing environmental harm. GMO Safety peer reviewed journals gives us information abut these GMO foods, preparation, types and effects that are caused due to them.
