Better health is central to human happiness and well-being so, being healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle. Health also makes an important contribution to economic progress. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. A person who has good physical health is likely to have immunity, bodily functions and processes working at their peak. The Seven Dimensions of Wellness are: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental and occupational. Improve health by eating healthy, get regular exercise, lose weight, don't smoke or use tobacco, limit how much alcohol you drink.
