Human Resources or HR is the department responsible for identifying, assessing, hiring and educating work candidates as well as implementing employee-benefit programmes. As companies reorganize to maintain a competitive advantage, HR plays a key role in helping businesses cope with a rapidly changing market and the growing demand for high-quality jobs. An HR department is an important, if not vital, component of any company irrespective of the size of the organization. This focuses on optimizing the efficiency of workers and defending the company from any issues that could emerge from the work force. HR duties include wages and benefits, recruiting, firing and keeping the company and its staff up to date with any laws that may concern them. Human resource management techniques are carried out by HR departments. HRM is a systematic and thorough approach to workplace training and the community and atmosphere of the organization. This focuses on hiring, handling, and general instruction to people working in an organization.
