Myostatin

Myostatin (otherwise called development separation factor 8, condensed GDF-8) is a myokine, a protein created and discharged by myocytes that follows up on muscle cells' autocrine capacity to restrain myogenesis: muscle cell development and separation. In people it is encoded by the MSTN gene. Myostatin is a discharged development separation factor that is an individual from the TGF beta protein family.
