In medical terms the fistula refers to hole, which is establish in between the vagina and rectum is called as rectovaginal fistula, fistula develops in between the vagina and the bladder is called vesicovaginal fistula. Symptoms of perinatology fistula includes leaking urine or faeces these can lead to urinary or vaginal infections. obstetric fistula can affect on future pregnancies and also fecundity.
