Organizational success involves evaluating the performance of an organization against its goals and objectives. In other words, as compared with expected outcomes, organizational success requires actual results or outcomes. The research focuses on three key outcomes: first, improvement in shareholder value; second, financial results; and third, success in the market. Many types of professionals concentrate on organizational success like strategic planners. The word has a similar meaning to 'organizational efficacy,' but 'organizational efficacy' encompasses a broader field. Let's take a look at what the two words say. 'Organizational' is the 'organization' term. An organization is a structured group of people with a common intent. 'Success' is the execution process or operation of a function or task. We perceive it regarding how the person performs that function successfully. Organizational efficiency relates to how a task is accomplished successfully by a coordinated group of people with a common intent. Essentially, as we apply to organizational efficiency and achievement of positive results, this is what we're talking about.
