Self Care

Self-care is any activity that we do in order to take care of our  physical, emotional, and mental health. Although it is a simple concept in theory, it is something we very often overlook. Good self-care is key that improves mood, reduces anxiety. It is also a key to maintain a good relationship with oneself and others.

There are five different types of self-care:

Physical self-care Emotional self-care Psychological self-care Spiritual self-care Professional self-care
