Drug design which is also known as rational drug design, is the process of inventive of finding the new medications based on the the knowledge of a biological target. Drug design usually defines the designing of the molecules that are complementary in shape and charges to the bimolecular target with which they interacts and then will bind it. Some of the therapeutic agents are likely to be effective in a specific patients who may have an underlying disorder which is responsive to the manipulation of the dose levels of the same agent or several other different agents. AS per the study this indicates that there are three kinds of enrichment. They are noise reduction, prognostic and predictive. In clinical trials, the statistical considerations of the analytic process involves eligibility criteria, randomization, treatment regimens (e.g., dose level, schedule, and treatment duration), sample size estimation.
