In recent years, there has been an increased focus on the importance of a global network of public health practices that can be shared and spread through an innovation platform. This essay will discuss the concept of a global network of public health practices and the role of an innovation platform in spreading these practices.

These approaches which are frequently referred to as "reverse innovations," have difficulties in adoption due to a lack of evidence, perceptions of poor quality or irrelevance, and a complex regulatory and legislative framework. Based on the knowledge gained through spreading techniques in LMIC, this research proposes the creation of a strategy to enhance the capability of healthcare organisations in HIC. The necessity for a knowledge platform to assist innovation dispersion in both directions is discussed in the conclusion.
