But as our knowledge of COPD expands, fresh and creative methods are being developed to deal with the intricate nature of this respiratory disease. This thorough guide examines the newest and most promising cutting-edge methods of managing COPD, such as integrated care models, pulmonary rehabilitation, tailored medicine, and technology breakthroughs. Patients and healthcare professionals can learn more about a more comprehensive and successful approach to managing COPD by exploring these innovative techniques [1].

Exercise and physical activity are important components of managing COPD, but patients frequently find it difficult to stick to a regular schedule. Smartwatches and fitness trackers are examples of wearable technology that can track daily activity levels and motivate patients to maintain an active lifestyle.
