Introduction

Since the middle of the 1980s, garlic supplements mostly dried and ground whole clove supplements have been utilised in several controlled clinical trials with a primary focus on serum cholesterol and blood pressure .While the effects on serum lipids have been uneven, even for people with high baseline cholesterol levels, they have been somewhat constant for hypertensive participants' blood pressure.
