The shift towards e-commerce has been driven by several factors, including advancements in technology, changes in consumer preferences, and the increasing convenience of online shopping. Technological innovations, such as the widespread availability of smartphones and high-speed internet, have made online shopping more accessible and convenient. Consumers can now browse and purchase products from virtually anywhere, at any time, with just a few clicks. This convenience has contributed to the rapid growth of e-commerce, as consumers increasingly prefer the ease and flexibility of online transactions over traditional in-store shopping.
