Effective communication strategies are essential for mitigating public panic, ensuring timely dissemination of information and fostering trust between health authorities and the community. This article explores best practices in crisis communication, highlights lessons learned from recent public health emergencies and provides actionable recommendations for improving future responses. By examining case studies and analysing communication frameworks, the article aims to enhance understanding of how to manage public health crises effectively.

This article discusses best practices in crisis communication, draws lessons from past emergencies and provides recommendations for enhancing communication strategies in future public health crises.
