Journal of Environmental and analytical Toxicology is a rapid peer reviewed Journal which have a key concerns over varied aspects of the study of effects of natural and synthetic pollutants in the environment and the determination of the levels of exposure to potential toxicants via air, water, or food. Environmental & Analytical toxicology Journals are at higher echelons that enhance the intelligence and information dissemination on topics closely related to Environmental & Analytical toxicology. The Journal provides a unique forum dedicated to scientists to express their research articles, review articles, case reports and short communications on an array of Environmental & Analytical toxicology research.
The journal main focus area is the publication of original research on various research formats like research articles, review articles, Commentaries, Shot Communication, and Letters to the Editor. Almost all issues of volume 9 were published online well within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online during the year of 2019.
During the calendar year of 2019, JEAT received a total of 85 manuscript, out of which 13 articles (15%) were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 72 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 5 issues of Volume 09 published during the year 2019, a total of 72 articles were accepted out of which few are still under review process and most of them have already being published of which, articles were published from authors all around the world. Globally articles have been accessed by the research scientists and also cited.
As of year 2019, the journal board consists of a total of 52 Editors and 60 Reviewers who contributed their valuable services towards publication of articles. Along with that their valuable reviewer comments have also proven beneficial to the publish quality of article in the Journal.
We have already released the second issue of volume 10 in the current year 2020. As a proactive step we have also added a new portion in our journal which deals with the current coronavirus pandemic issue, in order to attract the authors/researchers to show interest in publishing their case reports and researches in our journal. Through this we aim to release the articles based on the latest research on COVID-19 related environmental issues.
In the upcoming months of year 2020, we aim to publish articles which attempt to formulate various opinions, ideas, research, case report and evidences related to the oral health floating around the various authors and researcher across the globe. We also aim to boost the multidisciplinary research and promote knowledge and experience sharing. Apart from this we are also looking forward to promote wider scope of publication of research paper, articles and case studies related to this field. We also aim to provide the most latest and reliable information through our journal.
In order to provide a greater scope to the promotion of this journal, we also look forward to take an advantage of the social media. By this means we will be able to reach out to a greater mass of authors/researchers. For achieving this we have already started posting various contents related to oral health through our LinkedIn, twitter, face book portals etc. Till now we are able to manage two posts per day in the topics like pollution, toxic, scarcity, wildlife conservation, climate, etc. and hoping the number of post per day to increase in the coming year.
I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of (Dr. Aijie Wang) during the final editing of articles published and the support rendered by the editorial assistant, in bringing out issues of JEAT in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of JEAT, the office bearers for their support in bringing out yet another volume of JEAT and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 10 of JEAT in scheduled time.
