Editorial Note

I am pleased to introduce Journal of Medicinal Chemistry a rapid peer reviewed Journal which have a key concerns over the Pharmacoanalysis and the chemical analysis of compounds in the form of like small organic molecules such as insulin glargine, erythropoietin, and others. It also helps in developing new chemical entities from existing compounds that are of medicinal and therapeutic effect. The process involves seclusion and identification of the entities and their probable effect on the specific target and might include a computational or synthetic observation of the underlying agents. I am pleased to announce that, all issues of volume 9 were published online well within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online during the year of 2019.

The Journals aims to flourish and to maintain the standards in research and practice, provide platform and opportunity to present evidence based medicine and analytical assessment of research and probably it is much in deed for students, teachers and health care professionals to enhance the patient care.

MCCR impact factor for the year 2018 was 1.18*. Google analytics for this particular journal it is increasing week by week. The online reader database also plays a major role in providing the scope for this journal.

During the calendar year of 2019, MCCR received a total of 20 manuscripts, out of which 15 articles were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 11 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 2 issues of Volume 13 published during the year 2019, a total of 11 articles were published (at an average of 5 articles per issue) of which, articles were published from authors all around the world. Globally articles have been accessed by the research scientists and also cited.

During the calendar year 2019, a total of three Editors, seven Reviewers joined the board of MCCR and contributed their valuable services towards contribution as well as publication of articles, and their valuable reviewer comments will beneficial to publish quality of article in the Journal.

I take this opportunity to acknowledge the contribution of (SOMA SHEKAR DACHAVARAM) during the final editing of articles published and the support rendered by the editorial assistant, in bringing out issues of MCCR in time. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, the publisher, the advisory and the editorial board of MCCR, the office bearers for their support in bringing out yet another volume of MCCR and look forward to their unrelenting support to bring out the Volume 11 of MCCR in scheduled time.
