The Journal of Molecular and Genetic medicine gives you continuous coverage of all genetic and molecular aspects of medicine as well as in-depth documentation of genetic analysis within the current context of genotype/ phenotype correlations. In addition to this, publishes articles related to molecular genetics, molecular medicine, molecular cytogenetics, medical genetics, etc. covering experimental and clinical investigations of the genetic mechanisms underlying genetic syndromes.
The Journal's main purpose is to report original research, review and case reports in the following areas but is not limited to these topics.
Molecular Genetics: Molecular basis of human genetic disease, neurogenetics, developmental genetics, chromosome structure and function, molecular aspects of cancer genetics, biochemical genetics, gene therapy, major advances in gene mapping and understanding of genome organization.
Molecular Cytogenetics: Syndromes which are caused due to chromosomal aberrations.
Molecular Medicine: Molecular medicine is a wide field, where physical, biological, chemical, bioinformatics and medical techniques which are used to explain molecular structures and mechanisms, to identify fundamental molecular and genetic errors of disease and to develop molecular interventions to correct them.
Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine main aim is to facilitate scientific communication in a clear, concise and objective manner, while striving to provide prompt publication of original works of high standard quality.
