Digital health interventions encompass a range of technologies, including mobile applications, online platforms, wearable devices, and telehealth services. These interventions provide personalized support, real-time feedback, and convenient access to resources, potentially increasing engagement and adherence to cessation programs. This paper explores the effectiveness of digital health interventions in promoting smoking cessation, examining their advantages, potential challenges, and implications for future public health strategies [1].
Mobile applications (apps) have become increasingly popular as tools for health management and wellness promotion.
