Empowering nurses is not just a matter of enhancing individual professional development; it is essential for unlocking the full potential of the healthcare workforce and achieving optimal patient outcomes. This paper explores the critical role of nurses in healthcare transformation and the strategies needed to empower them as leaders, advocates, and change agents.
Nurses play multifaceted roles within healthcare settings, spanning direct patient care, education, research, policy development, and administration.
