In response to this global health challenge, substantial efforts are directed towards research and treatment innovations aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life. However, as the field of cardiovascular medicine advances, it brings to the forefront a host of ethical considerations that researchers, clinicians, and policymakers must navigate. These ethical dimensions are crucial, not only to ensure the integrity of scientific inquiry but also to uphold the values of patient autonomy, beneficence, and justice within the healthcare system. The ethical landscape of cardiovascular research and treatment encompasses a variety of issues, including the consent process, the use of emerging technologies, the allocation of resources, and the implications of experimental therapies.
