However, the evidence regarding the impact of exercise training on cognitive function in older adults remains inconclusive, with some studies reporting positive effects while others show no significant benefits. This randomized controlled trial aims to contribute to the existing literature by rigorously evaluating the effects of exercise training on cognitive function in older adults, using standardized neuropsychological tests to assess various cognitive domains [1].
