The impact of inclusive leadership is profound, particularly in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) oriented toward change and nurturing a positive diversity climate within organizations. At its core, inclusive leadership revolves around creating a culture where diversity of thought, background and experience are not just tolerated but celebrated. Leaders practicing inclusivity go beyond basic non-discrimination policies; they actively seek diverse perspectives, encourage participation from all levels of the organization and ensure equitable opportunities for growth and development [1].
OCB refers to discretionary behaviors exhibited by employees that contribute to the effective functioning of the organization. These behaviors are not explicitly recognized by formal reward systems but are crucial for organizational success.
