One of the most promising trends in health management is the rise of personalized medicine. With advancements in genomics, AI-driven diagnostics, and wearable health tech, healthcare providers are increasingly tailoring treatments and interventions to individual patients. This approach not only improves patient outcomes but also reduces healthcare costs by avoiding unnecessary treatments and adverse reactions.
