High-growth companies startups that experience rapid expansion and success offer valuable lessons in organizational behavior, providing insights into leadership, communication, employee motivation, and organizational culture.

These startups often face unique challenges: managing limited resources, developing cohesive teams under pressure, and navigating rapid changes in business strategy.
