To address these challenges, a clinical pharmacist integrated approach plays a crucial role in identifying, preventing, and resolving DRPs in patients with neurological disorders. This approach involves comprehensive medication reviews, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education and ongoing monitoring. By employing this approach, healthcare professionals can optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
